22/7/2007 حملة من اجل صحفيين يواجهان عقوبة الاعدام في ايران وداد عقراوي الاسمين : عدنان حسن بور وعبد الواحد بوتيمار الجنس : ذكر البلد : ايران الفئة : عقوبة الاعدام / التعذيب القضية: تعرض الصحفيين عدنان حسن بور وعبدالواحد بوتيمار للتعذيب وهما يواجهان الان خطر الاعدام الوشيك. القي القبض في 25-1-2007 على عدنان حسن بور، عضو مجلس تحرير الجريدة الاسبوعية "اسو" التي اغلقت مؤخراً، وقامت السلطات الايرانية بتفتيش منزله وصادرت جهاز حاسوبه والعديد من كتبه. وفي ذلك الوقت كانت التهم الموجهة ضده غير معروفة. امضى الصحفي عدنان حسن بور عدة اشهر في مرافق الاحتجاز حيث يمارس التعذيب بصورة منهجية. وافادت التقارير ان الصحفي عبدالواحد بوتيمار، عضو المجلس الاخضر لحماية البيئة في مريوان، قد احتجز لعدة اشهر ايضاً. وحكمت محكمة الثورة الايرانية في سنندج بالاعدام على كل من عدنان حسن بور وعبدالواحد بوتيمار في 17 تموز / يوليو 2007. ووفقاً للمحكمة فان كتاباتهما كانت تهدف الى اسقاط حكومة جمهورية ايران الاسلامية. رأي منظمة الدفاع الدولية: تدهور احترام اساسيات حقوق الانسان في ايران في العام 2007، لا سيما حرية الرأي والتعبير. التعذيب وسوء المعاملة منتشر في مراكز الاحتجاز، بالاضافة الى الحبس الانفرادي الذي يستخدم مراراً لمعاقبة المحتجين السلميين ونشاطاتهم السلمية. ويتم قمع حرية الصحافة وحرية الرأي والتعبير بشكل رئيسي وبشكل منهجي في ايران. الحكومة تطلق حملات واسعة لاسكات المنتقدين: اغلاق الصحف والمجلات التعسفي يمارس بكثرة، وسجن الصحافيين والمحررين والمثقفين امر يتكرر يومياً، واجبار المحررين والناشرين للوقوف امام ما يمكن تسميته بـ"محكمة الصحافة" اصبح هو الاخر جزء من السياسة المتبعة. أقسى عقوبة يمكن توجيهها للصحافيين هي اتهامهم بنشر مقالات "تهدف الى الاطاحة بجمهورية ايران الاسلامية". في عام 2003 وعد رئيس محكمة الثورة في طهران السيد علي موباشري بان "محكمة الثورة في طهران لن تدخر جهداً في احباط اي محاولة للاطاحة بالحكومة الاسلامية، وستتعامل بجدية مع المجرمين". وتحجب السلطات المواقع الالكترونية المستقلة التي توفر الانباء الوطنية والدولية وتحللها بشكل علمي، وتعتقل الكتاب الذين يغتنمون وجود فضاء الانترنت لنشر المعلومات والتحليلات وايصال ارأهم الى الرأي العام. العديد من الصحفيين والكتاب والمثقفين اجبروا على ترك البلاد. الجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية لا تزال اكبر سجن في الشرق الاوسط للصحفيين المحترفين. الحملة: الموصى بها هي إرسال مناشدات بحيث تصل بأسرع وقت ممكن للاعراب عن القلق ازاء الحكم بالاعدام على الصحفيين عدنان حسن بور وعبدالواحد بوتيمار؛ ولدعوة السلطات الى وقف التنفيذ؛ وللاعراب عن معارضتكم اللامشروطة لعقوبة الاعدام بوصفها ذروة العقوبة القاسية واللاانسانية والمهينة وانتهاكاً لحق الانسان في الحياة؛ وللاعراب عن القلق ازاء التقارير التى تفيد بتعرض الصحفيين عدنان حسن بور وعبدالواحد بوتيمار للتعذيب، وللحصول على تأكيدات بانهما ليسا الان معرضان لخطر التعذيب او سوء المعاملة؛ وللحصول على تأكيدات بانهما سيتمكنان من الاتصال بعائلتيهما والحصول على اي علاج طبي ضروري، خارج مرافق الاحتجاز لو تطلب الامر؛ ولطلب معرفة تفاصيل التهم الموجهة لكل منهما. يرجى نسخ الرسائل و من ثم اضافة التوقيع و العنوان الى الرسالة وارسالها على العنوان او رقم الفاكس او البريد الالكتروني المرفق. مع شكر وتقدير وداد عقراوي رئيسة منظمة الدفاع الدولية
